Who pays shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. The charges are based on a minimum charge of $4.95 plus .72 a pound($5.95 min.). These cost only apply to the continental USA and standard delivery times.
All other shipping methods and areas are subject to additional charges.

How are the parts Finished?
The parts are finished with a baked on weather resistant polyester epoxy coating to withstand the elements.
What makes a good candle?
Hard wax, consistent scent, proper sized wick, and attention to detail. These candles are made to these requirements.
Can I return an unwanted item?
Yes, if the item has not been damage or used you may returned it by prepaying the freight. We will charge you a 10% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded to you.
What happens when a part is back ordered?
When a part is backordered, it will appear on your invoice as such. We will ship the part to you as soon as it becomes available and invoice you when it is shipped.
What is the guarantee?
Items are 100% guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at customersupport@allgardendecor.com within 30 days of shipment and we will do everything possible to satisfy your requirement.
